Moments of Light unconditionally guarantees that all products we produce must be free from manufacturing defects. If a product is not free from manufacturing defects, we will gladly reimburse the product. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within the return period of two weeks. We only offer refunds. If you want to exchange an item, we recommend that you return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item (s) of your preference. The unused item must be returned in its original packaging for a refund. If the products are used, damaged or incomplete, Moments of Light is not obliged to take back the article. We only accept returns of items purchased through our website. The costs for returning the product are for your own account.
To return something to us, you can choose how you do this. For example, you can return items to us via your national postal company. You always pay the shipping costs yourself. Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. This means that Moments of Light is not liable for damage and / or loss of returned items. Always ask for a proof of shipment at the post office! Note: keep this until the refund of your return items has been correctly processed. This is your return receipt. Return conditions:
- You can return your order to us within 14 days of the invoice date.
- The product must be complete and in its original packaging. If the product has been used or damaged, we can no longer accept the return shipment.
- As soon as we have received the product, you will receive your money back within a few days.

Please note that we do not accept any liability for returned goods. Pack and seal the return shipment properly, in the original packaging if possible. It is recommended that you send the return via a courier who will provide the package with a tracking number to ensure it is not lost. Refunds will be made within days after your return has been processed and approved. The amount will be refunded to the account of your original payment method.
